Summer of 2010 brings some great PC games to the table but none like Singularity. This game has some of the best elements of other classic FPSs. Singularity has great upgrade weapon features like Bioshock and the graphics and game play of Half-life. Although it feels like you've played a game like Singularity before, you can't help but feel that it's just different in all the good ways. Singularity does a good job of explaining to you how each new thing you acquire works but not the most effective way to use it. We will cover some general tips and strategies that work very well when going through this game. Having a game plan is great for Singularity because you can't just save whenever you want. Weapon Upgrades

There are a total of 10 guns in Singularity that can all be upgraded. Each gun has three upgrade options and they are clip size, damage and reload speed. One of the best parts about Singularity is that you can use any of these weapons after you find them. Unlike most FPS's where you have to find the weapon again or find the weapon and ammo. The weapon locker feature is great because it doesn't limit you to having to upgrade just the weapons that you find the most. In most cases the handgun and assault rifle are the most commonly found weapons while playing a game. In Singularity you can upgrade whatever you want without being limited. If you like blowing people up with the grenade launcher then upgrade it all the way.

Bio Upgrades

These blue prints are your friend and the perks you get from them are amazing. Depending on what level of game play you're on will depend on the perks you purchase. If you're on easy or normal you'll want to spend more points on gaining more tech from each pick up. Increased ammo is a bit of a waste since you can purchase them in the weapon locker and there's a lot of ammo that gets dropped from the soldiers. Getting more tech per pick up increases how much more ammo you can buy as well as how many upgrades you can purchase at one time.

Using the TMD

The TMD is your friend and a great way to finish off your enemies when you're close to having to reload. Mastering the TMD is one of the most important things you can do. Take your time before just rushing into a room or open area. There are plenty of explosive barrels and CO2 tanks that you can pick up and throw at your enemies.
